These terms govern your use of inlandconstruction.dev and the Inland Construction platform at app.inlandconstruction.dev (together, the "Services"), operated by Inland Construction Ltd ("Inland Construction", "we", "us"). By using the Services you accept these terms.
Inland Construction is a construction development intermediary. We contract with clients to deliver construction projects and sub-contract the build to licensed, vetted Bahamian builders at a fixed price, managing the project from permits to handover. Information on this website, including indicative pricing, timelines, and process descriptions, is general information, not an offer or a quotation. Binding figures come only in a written proposal or contract.
Submitting the contact form creates no obligation on either side. Estimates and proposals we send are valid for the period stated on them, and are based on the information you provide; material changes to scope, site conditions, or specifications may change the price.
Builders may apply to join our network through the website. Submitting an application does not create a partnership, guarantee approval, or guarantee work. We verify licences, insurance, and references before approval, and approval may be withdrawn if credentials lapse. Builders in our network are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Inland Construction.
Where payments are made through the platform, they are processed by Stripe. Invoice amounts, milestones, and payment terms are those set out in your project contract. Payment of a milestone through the platform does not waive any contractual inspection or verification right.
The website, its text, design, and guides are owned by Inland Construction Ltd. You may read and share them with attribution; you may not republish them commercially. Content you upload to the platform (photos, documents) remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to store, display, and process it for delivering the project.
Our published guides, including material on the Bahamas Building Code and permit process, are general information written with care, but they are not engineering, legal, or architectural advice for your specific project. Building regulations change; always confirm current requirements with the Buildings Control Division or the relevant authority.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, or for decisions made in reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits either party's rights and obligations under a signed construction contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, and the courts of The Bahamas have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
We may update these terms as the Services evolve; the effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
